When I first started working here about a year ago, everything was great. I had a chance to make like $1000 + if I did 200 deliveries & didn’t make the “$2,000” WITHOUT tips included. I did that. They fought with me for weeks not paying me. I only got like $300. First mistake but I could be okay with it. Now several months later I’ve noticed they lie constantly. I drove 30 minutes one way to no where for $4 which is usually $11-14 which is on the higher end. They pay $3 for up to 15 minutes rides which is sad when I have to drive back 15 minutes. So a 30 minute trip for $3 which goes right to gas. Not to mention we have to pay taxes which was a HUGE hit. I’m spending more money on gas, oil, tires & maintenance than I’m actually making. They constantly lie saying you’ll make “$7” this trip but after you realize they changed it to $5. They’ll have “$5” surges but the second you get an order it MAGICALLY disappears right as you click it. They don’t care if you wait 20 minutes for an order. They don’t give real base fares. From what I heard before I started working was that they actually made almost TWICE what I made the first few months but now we get nothing. Online promises $13-24 hourly but they give you 20 minute trips, not including wait time for food, for $4 now. Making it IMPOSSIBLE to make a living off of it. I do this as a second job to pay small bills but I’m just over working myself for NOTHING. Tonight I quit. I made $7 in FOUR hours. Waited 25 minutes at a store, drove 30 minutes to both houses for $5. An hour for $5. It’s NOT worth it. Do NOT order from them. While you may get free delivery, half off whatever, we make NOTHING. I can’t believe how much they have stolen from me. Worst company to work for.
Logistics / System is Screwed Up & No way to get proper HELP!

This is the 2nd time this happened but this time its much worse! I got 2 uber accounts one is delivery bike the other is driver. I have my ride and uber eats account linked to my bike delivery account. I told them in the past to over ride the verification so 2 can exist in their system. All was well for the past 10 months and they screwed it up worse. I cant order anything cause it recognizing the other account. There is no way to get help in Uber eats. I went through Uber driver to tell them I got troubble with ubereats end so i want to change account info to link to driver instead to rid of this problem once and for all. Lady on other end had SELECTIVE HEARING herd UBEREATS and said “Im sorry this is a uber eats issue we dont deal with that here please refer to uber eats help they help through message” *she then hangs up on me* I tried all there is in Uber eats help menu to get this fixed, and it only sends me in a LOOP! WITH THE SAME ISSUE over and over unable to verify or have 4 digit code resent. UBER, You guys got rid of the greenlight station in my area due to the COVID. I need actual HELP and a number to call with a person who LISTENS and not read from a SCRIPT! and someone who helps me to transfer to the proper department and not HANG UP ON ME! It is actually affecting some of my other accounts too not just as a eats customer but a rider, bike deliver, and driver too! SO SOMEONE!!! PLEASE POINT ME OR LEAD ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR HELP! there is no help category for my situation and the only one closest to it send me in a LOOP!

I cannot remember the last time I had an order show up that either (1) came without mistakes or missed notes by the restaurant (2) delivered in the appropriately asked for manner (3) delivered in any form of decency (4) delivered with any regard to timing or (5) that the correct order was even delivered. This service is BOTTOM LEVEL and they know that, which is why they’ve gotten rid of any way to contact them aside from claims via the app. Yet when you’ve had constant complaints over your last 10+ orders they thing YOU’RE lying because they don’t have the backbone to realize they hire inadequate drivers for delivery service and have no rules or regulations or check ups on the restaurants they allow to join. ESPECIALLY in a time of hectic ness in the world, when a lot of us don’t have the option to pick up our own food because of COVID restrictions, yet we are forced to deal with an inadequate service who could care less about the satisfaction of their customers. Complete disregard and disrespect for others - and a full throttle means to taking advantage of people in a situation that NONE OF YOJR CONSUMERS can’t do anything about. I will be sharing this on every platform I know and with every person I know because UberEats - you need to make a change to be even halfway decent. I’m not even asking for great because you’re incapable - I’m asking for borderline decent.

I have given this app the benefit of the doubt many times and plenty of chances.Every delivery takes like 1hour and a half now THIS DELIVERY I’m waiting for at the moment is PRIORY like the others HAVE BEEN and it’s almost been 2 and a half hours.I am so frustrated the place is literally 10 mins or less away and a small order with a good tip .Smh now when I do get the order it’s going to be cold.Another issue is they say they will give me my refunds because they messed my order up I have never received a dime with 4 orders they missed up the last few weeks.So here I am editing my review two weeks later to give them another shot and they absolutely blew it.I clicked priority delivery estimates 20-30 mins.1 hour an 30 minutes later my order has not even been accepted,Now the place is closed and I can’t even cancel the order and just drive to the place and do it myself because I WILL BE CHARGED!! TERRIBLE APP!!Because this isn’t their first 2nd or 3rd time this has happened to me they don’t accept your goddam order
Over charged me and zero help with customer support

Ordered from the Habit. 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 medium shakes. The total came out to 45 dollars. When I got the restaurant receipt with my food I learned that the burgers were actually 6 dollars a piece and not 7.50 a piece. Each shake was also charged a dollar more than the what the restaurant was charging. I also paid 3 dollars in tax to the restaurant for the food but Uber also charged me 4 dollars in tax. I reached out to customer support and they basically said that the restaurants set the prices and they have no control of it, which is fair I guess. However they did not refund the difference or give me any indication that they were charged the higher rate which is why I was charged the higher rate. Each time I’d try to respond their emails a new thread would open with a new customer support agent that might just be a bot because it’s the same spiel but with a few paragraphs swapped out. As far as I’m concerned, ubereats scammed me and I won’t get that money back.

If I could give this zero stars I would ...Every time I order food it takes longer than the actually arrival time and then when you wanna cancel they still charge you for it. My order took almost 3 hours for someone to pick it up then when they delivered my food they sat my food on the floor outside and never even contacted me so that was a waste and I tried explaining to Uber what happened but they never even gave me my money back I will never order food from Uber wats again they are disgusting and they give you a hard time justs to give u you’re refund... and another thing every time I order an item is always missing I never get my full meal .... you guys are better off going to Grubhub or post mates they makes sure you’re food is hot and ready and delivery on time and they won’t sit you’re food outside!!! And they will give u a refund!!!!
App won’t work when on data vs WiFi

I’ve had a number of issues getting this app to load when I’ve used it with data while on the go. It just won’t load. When I get back to WiFi it’s fine. I tried to use my $15 monthly Amex credit on the last day of the month and due to to app not loading while on data, I couldn’t use it and the credit ran out. I used the app to take this up with customer service and after over a week of trying I gave up. Each time I got a new customer service rep who didn’t read my whole explanation or look at the screenshot of the error message I sent. I had to reexplain over and over. Uber Eats seems to have set up customer service assuming that no issue will be complex. I’m a platinum member but that definitely doesn’t translate into better service. I can’t recommend this app or service based on this very subpar experience.

This is the second time uber eats have left me with my food not being delivered or even picked up. I’m in Vegas where there are so many uber eats drivers and business. I ordered food from Steak and Shake and over an hr goes by and there is still no person picking up our order. I tried to cancel my order and it says it will charge me for my food due to the food already being prepared. I called Steak and Shake and they said they didn’t even receive my order from uber eats. There is basically no way to get in contact with customer service due to no number being listed. I had to wait about 30 minutes to be connected to a person to chat with through the app for help. This app is horrible and I remember why I deleted it from my phone earlier after waiting over 2 hours for my order another time.

If you are literally ever hungry do not order from this place. We got hungry at 2 in the morning and ordered some food because it sounded great right now. Well 10 minutes passed no food, 20 minutes passed no food, 30 and 40 minutes passed and no fricken food ever came. So I called the restaurant and they said.” Oh they came to pick it up a long time ago. Have you not gotten it?” No I NEVER got my food. I looked outside to see if it was at the neighbors, nope. I never got my food and I will never ever use this app nor will I ever recommend this to anyone. I lost Almost 100$ I can’t even get this back. So screw you Uber eats. You guys really need to fix this because I know I am not the only person this has happened too. Sincerely a customer you screwed over ❤️

I placed a order I wanted it deliver because why would I order through a third party to go pick up my order when I can order online on the restaurants website. My problem is it was accepted as a pickup which I did not want I only use them for deliver due to the pandemic. Once I noticed the mistake like a minute after placing the order I tried to correct it only to find out they would till charge me for the meal. Uber Eats this is unacceptable with everything going on I’m still only human and I make mistakes for you to charge me full price is ridiculous. No worries I’ll NEVER use your site again. There’s Favor, Door Dash, Grubhub, Postmates who are all more understanding and appreciate their customers more than you do!
