Wayfair tried to deliver my order at 6:45am. They didn’t send me any kind of notification through the app or call before hand. Since I’m usually asleep at 6:45 I missed their call and delivery. When I called to complain, they told me it was my fault and that they had emailed me. Amazon, FedEx, UPS all send app notifications because email is nonsense since there is so much spam now. I took the day off to get and assemble my shed and they unapologetically told me this was my fault.

I ordered a bathroom accessory set from Wayfair. Prior to placing my order, I checked Overstock and Bed Bath & Beyond. I found the exact set, but the prices varied on all 3 websites. Wayfair had the most reasonable price for the same exact set. I thought it could be a fluke, but when I checked the websites for another item, Wayfair had the best price once again. I ended up ordering multiple items and when I wrote reviews for those purchases, I earned $40 rewards dollars, so I was able to get an outdoor door mat free
I have had a great experience ordering from Wayfair. I just love the products and the items match their marketed descriptions. The customer service is amazing and it is the 1st place I go for my home decorating needs. Great items for children as well! We have made many purchases to reflect upon. My only wish is that Wayfair would sell physical Gift Cards as I would purchase them for multiple gifts.
Very upset with this company right now! I was trying to place my order last night but your computer kept requesting that I re- enter my debit card information so I couldn’t place my order and when I went to try again this morning, it said Oops this rug is now out of stock! Don’t know at this point if I’ll order anything from you! Very upset! CarrieLohrman
I don’t remember ever giving you the right to charge me money for your web site. Well I don’t want it. I can’t afford to pay for a web site. That’s just wrong of you. An I’m not paying it. You have blocked a few site if I don’t pay. I did like the site. But never ever thought you had to pay. I’m on ssi an can’t afford. So please take me off. Thank you
I am completely sold on Wayfair! I ordered a pretty expensive wood tv stand with a fireplace. I was a bit apprehensive as to what the quality would be as I couldn’t see it in person. Well, it is absolutely perfect, quality it exceptional, delivery was amazing and I love it!!! Thank you Wayfair for a fabulous product and a fabulous company!!!
Hi I have been a loyal customer for many years and have loved shopping on your website. I have managed to decorate all three of my homes, room by room with pieces I’ve ordered throughout the year from Wayfair. I will keep shopping with you guys as it is quick and easy saves my time, customer service is always great. Thank you always.
I’ve had this app for months but the longest I’ve been able to get on it is about 5 minutes. It crashes while I’m on. it crashes when I try to get on it. It’s very annoying because all of the solutions to fix the crashing don’t work. I make sure it always keep my apps updated. But this app will NOT work for me.
Almost everything I have bought I have loved. Before I found Wayfair I would not buy unless I can physically touch and fee my daughter in law works for a major furniture store here and I could use her discount 25 percent off she has been there 20 years but since I found Wayfair that is my shopping experience
Their customer service is the absolute best. They went out of their way to help me with an issue, and were so kind and caring. It was the first time I’d done business with them. It’s so rare to feel valued like that as a customer. They have my loyalty now, and I’d choose them over anyone else.
