I started my shopping journey as a Guest user.
I added 7 things to my cart.
I went to go create an account in order to proceed with my purchases.
I discovered I had an account already.
I performed the OTL, and the Auth didn’t transfer from mWeb to iOS.
So I did a full password reset.
Added Push & my phone number to update my details and opt in to whatever.
I signed in from the iOS App using the newly created credentials. My account was recognized. However, my Guest Cart, with the 7 items did not relay into my authenticated account, and I do not recall all the specific names of the 7 items since I added them while casually browsing. So now I have to go back through the sections to try to add these items back.
Also: I tried to give this feedback directly into the Wayfair App, but I exceeded the character limit on the feedback field before finishing my steps. Boo.
Experienced TERRIBLE service with Wayfair!!! I am EXTREMELY upset with this company!! Place an order for a dinning set back in April, when I received the package they did not include the table legs!!! Like how does that even happen?? Called to get a replacement order, it is now June. Still have no received the legs to the table!! It’s been collection dust in the box!! Try calling customer service to see what the heck is going on, hold times are over an hour!! And when I got a rep she stated she didn’t know n will have to get back to me in a “couple days”. It’s been more than couple days, I’ve received no email updates about the replacement parts. I give this company 0 stars!!! Complete garbage, terrible customer service!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I just ordered an outdoor furniture set. This is my first time. Now I am very an edge. On website it said that it will come one week later. When I placed an order, it said September 1st. I don’t want to wait that long to come. Right now it’s June 1st. I am not about to wait until the end of summer. Tried calling them to see if there was an error. Waited for 50 min to talk to someone, no answer. Called second time waited for 30 min, no answer. Calling third time. I am just not happy with my first order. Please don’t buy nothing from this app. I have been waiting to get ahold of someone for hours in the past two days. Calling and calling with no answers from the company.
I am on hold waiting for customer service to answer for now literally, 2hours of my life.
“Unusually high call volume”? There must be 1 person in customer service. I honestly just want a refund. I ordered a pull chain light fixture & when it arrived it was a ceiling mount with no option for pull chain & a part warped. I ordered a kitchen cart & realized I had 2 carts on order so I called to cancel 1 & get refunded for 2nd cart.
Turns out the agent cancelled both orders & never refunded me.
What is going on? This is why on a beautiful Sunday in Ny I am still on hold for over 2 hours.

I’ve purchased several items from Wayfair and they have not failed me yet! On or ahead of time deliveries, products received have been in great shape, no damage. If there is any problems what so ever they have always made sure the I (their valued customer) has been made whole and satisfied! You don’t find customer service like that anymore....oh yeah you get to talk to actual live people, lol! Thank you so much Wayfair, you have a customer for life in me!
Longtime user. But currently I bought an expensive cage which had a grueling assembly and pieces that didn’t fit together. I was satisfied with the available customer service however sending me to YouTube or sending another product was not the solution I was looking for. What’s the point of partial refund button if you won’t honor the need.
Also I will pay off COMENITY bank because they will literally hassle you over $20 bucks. Ridiculous.
This app and store is way to pricey. I needed a new bed for my daughter for her birthday because her old one is very bad. I checked this website and everything was the same nothing looked good. I went to Ikea and I saw really good bed frames for better looks and how my daughter wanted it to look like not just the same thing for just $300.00 for an ugly bed frame. At IKEA you can get something way better and SO my cheaper.
I recently purchased a few things from Wayfair, and everything I have received so far I am very happy with! However, the app needs some serious updating. 3 out of 5 items I ordered and got delivered still say they are being shipped. It’s been like that for about 2 weeks. I also have been waiting almost a month for an additional item that has yet to be shipped. Love the products!! The app just needs a little updating.
The app is difficult to navigate mostly because you post a low price to an item then you actually select the item and it shows you the real higher price. Every time this happens, I close the app and go find the product on Amazon or Walmart with clear and usually cheaper pricing.
Whoever does the marketing shows great items but who ever updates the related price has failed their potential consumer.
