No Training on Your Data without Your Consent

Your data will not be used to train generative AI or ML models without your permission. You have the option to opt out of your data being used for product improvement.

Mobile Action processes your data to deliver our service. This data is crucial for training and validating models that improve grouping, notifications, and overall workflow, ultimately leading to a better user experience.

If you wish to contribute to the improvement of the Mobile Action service, you may opt in to allow further use of your data. Mobile Action may utilize non-identifying elements of your data for product enhancements. For instance, we might aggregate Apple Ads data to benchmark your campaign performance against a Mobile Action-developed standard. The data accessed for this benchmark is anonymized and cannot be traced back to any specific project or customer.

Limited Access by Authorized Third Parties

Our generative AI features utilize third-party large language models (LLMs) and are supported by the infrastructure providers listed on our subprocessor list. These subprocessors are authorized to use data strictly as directed by Mobile Action, adhering to our commitments regarding data retention and storage location for Mobile Action services. Importantly, Mobile Action AI-generated outputs derived from your data inputs are exclusively displayed to you and are never shared with other customers.
