Justfly.com is known for its online travel services ranging from flight bookings to flight comparisons, car rentals, and hotel bookings. The challenge

Competitive research involved a heavy manual workload for Justfly.com, a method that was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors and inconsistency in data handling. Ramzi explained the process, “We spent a lot of time manually downloading apps and examining each of them, whether they were in our industry or not, just to try and gather ideas from across the board. Also, we conducted a lot of research on the screenshots from the app stores. We closely examined the preview images for each app, and it was taking a lot of time for us.”

The solution

Recognizing the need for a more advanced approach to monitoring market dynamics and competitor strategies, Justfly.com turned to MobileAction. By checking the data here and deep-diving into their research on the App Intelligence product for app profile analysis, Justfly.com identified strategies employed by competitors and refined their own. By utilizing the Rating and Review tools of App Intelligence, they managed to closely monitor the rating trends by country and day, analyze the user feelings about each app, and respond to app reviews in a timely manner.
